I needed the car back in time to get to my doctor appointment later in the afternoon. The service department was extremely obliging. Also, the young shuttle driver was super.

Everything went well except that my tire air pressures, which I keep at the correct pressures, were overinflated.

Check-in was a little slow, but repair was successful. Halime was excellent at pickup and checkout. She assisted in getting my GM Points applied to the bill. All told, it was a surprisingly positive experience for having to get my car repaired.

Happy with the entire experience. Received a fair trade-in on my truck previously purchased from the same dealer. The exact truck I wanted was not originally available so they worked to build one for me. Will likely go back to them again when/if it becomes time for a new truck.
